At last I have finished these, even though they aren't quite as I would like...I would change the pattern of the flower. I liked the bootees that Sharon made.
I switched computers a little while back and lost all my bookmarks (alas). Then things have been so hectic with going back to work, that I've been behind with everything. I have been trying to find your blog, the one on livejournal, and it looks like you deleted it? Are you still posting somewhere about life and chickens and other wonderful things (I hope)? Maybe you've decided to make it all private... understandable, but would love to catch up now that school is out.

Oh, they are beautiful! And black is just perfect.... what a great way to have the look of those shiny black shoes on slightly older babies!!!!!! PERFECT!
