This is a pattern I saw on Marty's page, "Cactus" from one of Iris Niebach's free patterns. I feel a bit uncertain if I ought to count it, as it feels as though I'm copying, none-the-less it is such a pretty pattern...
I enjoyed doing it, and feel like Sharon said, that square motifs have great possibilities.
I am in no hurry to finish the challenge, I have really enjoyed reading all the blogs, and sharing mine, but I realise all good things come to an end.

There's no reason why you can't use any of the internet patterns and include them in your challenge collection. The 25 Motif Challenge isn't ending, some people have just started. It's just that some of the people who signed up in August have yet to post a single motif and others are finished and onto other things. Those that have gone into the bag challenge will be posting there and it just lets me keep things straight.
You know after I'd posted I was looking at the bag challenge posts, and was quite inspired. Originally I had felt it would require skills I didn't have...but actually it seems to allow for all levels of ability. I'm definitely considering it, because a challenge makes working such fun!
